Kevin joined Sterling in 2001. Previously, he was at Enron Corp., where he was most recently the Managing Director responsible for Enron's private equity business. Before that, he was in mergers and acquisitions at Parker and Parsley Petroleum Company and investment banking at Stephens Inc.

Kevin currently serves on the board of CST Industries, Hudson Products and Roofing Supply Group. He served on the board of HydroChem Industrial Services. He received his B.A. from Rhodes College and his M.B.A. with honors from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
