Brian Henry, Vice President

Brian joined Sterling in 2008. He currently serves on the board of Saxco
International and B&G Crane and is actively working with Roofing
Supply Group. Prior to joining Sterling, he was an Associate Director
with UBS Investment Bank, focusing on debt and equity capital markets
work, mergers and acquisitions and leverage buyout engagements for
public and private energy clients. Prior thereto, Brian worked for
Amphenol, Motorola, and Siemens AG, focusing on lean manufacturing, new
product launches and capital efficiency initiatives. Brian received a
B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. with concurrent Masters of
Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the University of
Texas.
